DOWNLOAD OR FULL VIEW TO SEE FULL SIZED IMAGE!

Hi, this is my entry to the LittleBigPlanet contest.
I made the concept and the sketch at the very first day the contest opened, but as you can see, the level is not complete. There are two main reasons: first, I did not get the time to fully work on it, and second, when I was working with the full level PSD, it was so big that things just slowed down to the point that I could not do the things right anymore. So, I choose to make only the first part of the level, which got almost every important thing that is on my level concept (rails, jumps, collectibles, grapple things, big boxes, weight switches), and leave the original sketch and explanation so people can understand the whole idea.

I tried to use only the assets and textures provided within the pack because I am trying to win more points on creative use of the assets than on technique (which I lack some). But for me, the most important thing, and the one that I have put most effort, is the level design, giving a solid and fluid gaming experience combining good gameplay mechanics and an original challenge.
I'm not saying that I really did this at all, but at least I tried.

Well, I hope all those books I read on Game Design and Level Design prove it worth now hahaha.
